외국인 유학생이 불법 환전 자금으로 등록금을 납부하여 학교 계좌가 범죄 계좌(보이스피싱 대포통장)로 신고되어 지급정지가 된 사례가 수차례 발생하였습니다.

아래와 같은 피해가 발생하지 않도록 적극 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[주요 유형]

-유학생 단체 채팅방 등 위챗의 환전 광고를 통해 불법 환전상과 거래

-알리페이 등을 통한 위안화 이체 후 불법 환전상에게 본인의 등록금 가상계좌로 원화 송금하도록 요청

-보이스피싱과 연루된 불법 환전상이 환전 자금을 대학교 계좌로 송금

-보이스피싱 피해자의 신고로 대학교 계좌가'범죄계좌'로 지급정지

★유의사항

1)정식 금융기관을 이용하지 않고 불법 사설 환전소 이용 금지

2)지인을 통한 환전 혹은 이체 금지

3)등록금 고지서(가상계좌가 표기된)를 타인에게 노출하는 행위 금지

4)본인 계좌를 타인에게 빌려주는 행위 금지

5)타인 계좌로 등록금을 납부하는 행위 금지

Please check the following precautions before making tuition fee payments

There have been case of students paying the school tuition using illegal means of currency exchange. This has caused the school account to be reported as a fake deposit bank account, resulting in suspension of payment on multiple occasions. We urge students to take precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.

[Common scenarios]

Illegal monychangers involved in voice phishing(telephone scams) making payments to the school account with illegal assets.

School’s account being suspended due to reports of voice phising(telephone scams) victims.

★Notice

1) Do not use privately owned illegal currecny exchange platforms.

2) Do not use personal acquaintances for currency exchange and/or tranfers(wires) of the tuition fee.

3) Do not share information on the tutition bill(e.g. virtual account number) to a third party.

4) Do not share personal bank accounts with a third party

5) Do not pay the tuition through the account of a third party.
